PRG ConstitutionThis document defines the rules under which Prahran Rhythmic Gymnastics Specialist Centre Incorporated is managed under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act.
Code of Conduct PolicyThis policy clarifies the standards of behaviour that are expected of gymnasts, parents, spectators, judges, officials and administrators.
Child Safety PolicyAs a club managed by committee of parents, the safety of the children is a paramount for the club's operation. That is why, we take Child Safety extremely seriously. PRG is committed to the safety, well-being, and empowerment of all our members. WE have a zero tolerance approach to any form of child abuse. It is essential that everyone involved in gymnastics: administrators, volunteers, parents and participants understand the important responsibilities they have in relation to child safety and we are committed to educating our community in this regard. Together we can provide an environment where children feel safe, respected, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. PRG is committed to comply with Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Victoria Child Safety policies.

Hot Weather PolicyAfternoon training will be cancelled if the actual Melbourne temperature as reported on the Bureau of Meteorology website at 2.00 pm is 36C or above.
Occupational Health & SafetyThis policy ensures we make every reasonable effort to provide a working environment that minimises incidents of risk or personal injury, ill health or damage to property.
Safety Rules & Emergency ProceduresThis policy ensures that all reasonable steps are taken to maintain the safety and welfare of our gymnasts and staff.
Travel PolicyIn order to maintain the integrity of a high performance program at PRG, travel to interstate and international competitions are an important component of this program.
Working with Children PolicyThe purpose of this policy is to protect children participating in gymnastics programs and to ensure PRG is a safe organisation and can be trusted to take care of children.
