Prahran Rhythmic Gymnastics Specialist Centre (PRG) is a leading Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) club in Melbourne, Victoria, catering for gymnasts of all levels, in both National and International streams. Our club was incorporated as a non-profit, parent-run club in February 2007, after the closure of the RG High Performance Centre (run by Gymnastics Victoria). We are proud to have continued with the High Performance program which has produced some of Australia's leading gymnasts. Complementing this, our National Program provides a pathway for gymnasts to learn the sport with opportunities to compete at state and national competitions. Our club has consistently produced great results over our years of operation, including many national champions and gymnasts representing Australia at international competitions. Our training venue is one of the best in Australia, with full time dedicated RG floor of Olympic standard. This provides a consistent, professional quality training area used in the highest level of competitions. The spring wooden base of our floor allows for safe landing during jumps. Our 35m (well above world standards) ceiling allows our gymnasts to practice their apparatus skills to the heights required at World Class senior competitions. |
