Working with Children Policy
Prahran RG Specialist Centre is committed to providing the highest level of membership service. This includes protecting members, promotion of positive behaviours, and attitudes in protecting the health safety and well-being of members. PRG supports the legislation and is committed to ensuring all personnel are compliant with the law.
The purpose of this policy is to protect children participating in gymnastics programs and to ensure PRG is a safe organisation and can be trusted to take care of children. The Working With Children Policy applies to all PRG personnel over the age of 18 who work directly with children. |
WWC Check
PRG will implement WWC check for all relevant staff and comply with the legislation, including volunteers.
PRG will set a time line of one month for coaches, judges and volunteers to have submitted the application for their WWC and will keep a record of the application number. When the check is approved PRG will document the assessment number and keep a photocopy of the certificate on file. |
