$50 per hour - If two gymnasts share one hour of a private lesson together then they will both be billed for 0.5 hours each which is $25 per hour. If three or four share one hour of a private lesson together then they will still both be billed for 0.5 hours each.
Billing Cycle Invoices for each term are issued at the start of each term. Competition fees, GA/GV registration fees, holiday program, extra lessons undertaken beyond the regular hours, and private lessons are billed separately.
Hourly Rates Our fee structure follows the basic principle of the more hours undertaken by a gymnast, the lower the hourly rate. We do not offer discounts for extra hours undertaken occasionally, but rather fix the rate as per the regular commitment to number of weekly hours undertaken on regular basis by the gymnast.
Payments Terms Term payments must be received within 2 weeks of the start of each term, or by the date stated on the invoice. Payments can be made through direct deposit or by cash, details are stated on the invoices. Any parent having difficulty meeting the payments deadlines are encouraged to contact the club's management.
Missed Training No refund or discount are given on fees for gymnasts away on gymnastics trips, by personal choice, on school camps, holidays etc. or due to a short term illnesses (less than 2 weeks).
Any gymnast who requires a leave of absence for non-medical reasons during a term for more than 2 consecutive weeks may be eligible for the following discount:
No discount for the first 2 weeks.
A 25% discount from week 3 onward, if application is made to committee in advance and is accepted. Any application for a discount must be made in writing to the Committee of Management.
Injuries An injured gymnast may be eligible for a reduced injury rate of 50%, regardless of whether they attend training or not during the injury period. Application for injury discount must be made in writing to the committee of management with an attached medical certificate.
Make-up Classes Gymnasts missing a class may be able to have a make-up class on another day at the coach’s discretion. In general no make-up classes are offered, unless the club's coach cancels the class. Any class cancelled will be made up in the first week of the school holidays or an alternative class offered if available. There will be no refund if the gymnast is unable to attend the offered make-up class.
Family Discount The child who trains the most hours will be billed according to normal rates. Additional children receive a 10% discount on their training fees.
Late Payments Our club requires that all parents who have difficulty meeting the required payment deadlines contact PRG to make payment arrangements. Failure to do so will result in the gymnast not being permitted to continue training. All fees owed to the club will be passed to a debt collector and may result in negative credit ratings and additional recovery costs being incurred.
Notice of Termination A minimum four weeks termination notice is required.
